About Us
Belcher Commons is a single-story garden-style office park located in beautiful Clearwater, Florida. With an local Management, Leasing & Maintenance team, we are able to quickly address the needs of current and prospective tenants. The renovations that have occurred since the new owners purchased Belcher Commons in the spring of 2004 have turned the property around, and any office would be proud it call it their "home away from home."
